Her work as part of the senior management team for several large companies has given her invaluable experience of the challenges of meeting operational and strategic goals.

She likes to get results, and takes pride in coming up with solutions to enhance any business she’s working with.

After 20 years working with global recruitment firms, she’s enjoying partnering with companies and candidates and delivering honest, ethical services.

Penni was chosen as Recruitment Leader of the Year (Seek SARA, 2018) and is a member of the NZ Council for the RCSA (Recruitment, Consulting and Staffing Association) holding the position of Chair from 2017-2019. In November 2019 Penni was elected as a non-executive board Director of the RCSA Australia and New Zealand.
